Mentoring for UEW students is a partner relationship during which the Mentor inspires the students, and helps them to discover their needs, desires, and development possibilities.
The Mentor conveys also basic knowledge about self-development and self-improvement. He or she becomes a guide in his/her professional specialization area and as a result, shows the world of
his/her industry/profession/role as it is.
Become the Mentor if you:

have at least 5 years of professional experience,

you are a good listener and advisor,
-
want to inspire others to develop themselves,

are willing to share your knowledge and professional expertise,

want to support rising talents and help them to discover their potential,

are available at least twice a month.
