Information Clause

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (RODO), the Business Cooperation Centre informs its Customers that:

  1. The administrator of the personal data transferred to the Business Cooperation Centre is Wroclaw University of Economics and Business, based in Wroclaw at Komandorska 118/120, 53-345 Wroclaw, NIP: 896-000-69-97, tel. +48 71 36 80 100, fax +48 71 36 72 778, e-mail: kontakt@ue.wroc.pl;

  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at: iod@ue.wroc.pl;

  3. The submitted personal data will be processed in order to provide the services and activities of the the Business Cooperation Centre of Wrocław University of Economics and Business, acting on the basis of the tasks resulting from the establishment of the unit in the Order No. 57/2018 of the Rector of Wroclaw University of Economics and Business of 23 July 2018 on the establishment of the Business Cooperation Centre;

  4. The categories of personal data include: name, telephone number, email address, data dedicated to process/service/project;

  5. The recipients of your personal data will be: designated employees of the Business Cooperation Centre;

  6. Your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisation;

  7. Your personal data will be stored until pending notification of the termination of cooperation in the framework of ongoing cooperation;

  8. You have the right of access to your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

  9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) or the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) of 27 April 2016 (OJEU No. 119, p. 1 as amended);

  10. No decisions will be taken against you that are based solely on automated data processing, including profiling;

  11. Lack of consent for the processing of personal data will make it impossible to use the services and activities of the Business Cooperation Centre of Wroclaw University of Economics and Business;

  12. The provision of your personal data is voluntary.
